1000Club is paid in advance by the client since the result is guaranteed. Freelances are paid once the work is accepted by the client. In case of dispute, 1000Club checks that the work is done according to the quality standards chosen by the customer. When a freelance misses the completion of his work, a new freelance is substituted for him. The interest of each party is thus respected.
Identify the skills mastered
During the registration process, it is recommended to fill in only the skills mastered.
All freelances asked to carry out assignments ordered from 1000Club begin by performing "Standard" quality work, according to 1000Club standards. When at least 3 clients are satisfied with the work done, the freelancer then receives priority assignments of the "Excellent" quality level (and possibly "Standard", if he accepts them), and so on up to the "World class" quality level.
When the work of a freelance is the subject of three negative evaluations by customers, 1000Club downgrades this freelancer by one quality level.
